Women's Divorce Coaching

I had all those questions, too.  And more!

But if you are here, you are probably embarking on one of hardest things you will ever experience.  You never expected it, but it's happening.

You are probably feeling alone and like no one knows what you are going through, and desperate to know how divorce might impact you and your kids.

You are overwhelmed with all the questions in your head, the things to do, the decisions to make.

  • How are we going to share time with the kids?

  • How do we figure out child support?

  • How and when will the fighting end?

  • How do I know if I am doing the right thing?

I want you to know - you don't need to go through it alone.  I've been there and I can help.

True divorce coaching is NOT like life coaching.  It is actually recognized by the American Bar Association as. a form of alternative divorce resolution.  That means my approach is more similar to mediation and collaborative law than it is with the world of "coaching".

With that in mind, I work with physician women and other female professionals to help them manage the overwhelm of divorce, manage conflict, negotiate, and make the best possible decisions.  With me, you'll get:

  • A thinking partner, to help plan every step of your divorce, from the initial thought through to your new life

  • Clarity on what is most important to you in the divorce and strategies to achieve those things

  • Tools for having difficult conversations with your spouse

  • A plan for moving forward towards a better life for you and your children

We will customize each session to meet your needs. You can do single sessions or can purchase packages of several sessions at once.

The consultation call is always free.

Sessions can be done by phone or video call.

If you want guidance, support, and a thinking partner to help you make the best decisions for you and your children, set up a time to speak with me.
