About Pam

Life doesn't always go as planned.  Obstacles often present themselves.

Personally, I faced a major challenge when I went through divorce.

Professionally, I faced (and still face) challenges as a female physician leader.

Over time, I began to feel that there had to be a better and easier way to make progress in both those areas, and I found that way.

As a leader, even though my Masters in Medical Education Leadership had given me a lot of book knowledge about how to lead, I realized that there is a big difference between knowing what you are supposed to do and actually successfully getting things done.

I needed someone who would be there for me on a regular basis, to support, guide, and foster my own development so that I could become the leader I wanted to be.

That is what led me to coaching, first through the Gaia Project for Women's Leadership, which resulted in my becoming a Gaia Certified Women's Leadership Coach.

With my strong belief in coaching, and as a result of my own divorce, I later pursued divorce coaching and became a CDC Certified Divorce Coach® so that I could help other women deal with the stress and overwhelm of divorce to help them make the best decisions possible for themselves and their children.

Now, I specialize in coaching physician women through these two major challenges - leadership and divorce.

I combine my knowledge of leadership, my own experience as a leader, and the Gaia Project paradigm to coach my clients to achieve their leadership goals all while living the personal lives they truly want.

I serve as a thinking partner, guide, and coach to women going through divorce to help them manage the overwhelm of divorce and  make the best decisions possible for themselves and their children and move forward to their best lives.

Take your next step forward and EMAIL ME to learn more about how we can work together.
