Alignity Approach

Alignity is built on two missions:

  1. To guide and support professional women going through or recovering from divorce, to help them manage conflict and make the best decisions possible so that they and their children can experience less pain and move on to joyful lives.

  2. To foster, support, and encourage female physicians in leadership to develop their own unique leadership styles in alignment with their true goals so that they can make positive changes in their corner of healthcare.

The Alignity Approach draws on different coaching styles to help you achieve your goals.  The approach encourages you to think about ALL aspects of your life together, as one whole system, rather as separate parts.  We will focus on the goals that truly matter to you so you can align all parts of your life.

It is when you are successful in all parts of your life, both professionally and personally, that you can truly flourish.

Alignity's priority is to meet you where you are, help you set the goals that will enrich both your professional and your personal life, and to be there every step of the way to help you achieve those goals.

Wondering what coaching really is?

Coaching, at its core, is a partnership.

Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation, is a:

"... thought-provoking and creative process that inspires [clients] to maximize

their personal and professional potential."

The American Bar Association specifically defines divorce coaching as a:

"...flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns."

So coaching is one way to help and support people with their personal and professional goals.  Because I am a certified coach, I can not only give advice as a mentor or consultant might, but will also help you

stretch and grow.

Success as a coaching client takes commitment, to yourself, to your coach, AND to making changes. It takes a willingness to set aside the past so that you can focus on the future and the best next steps.

Ready to take those next steps?
